Transportation Coordinator
Full-time (in-season) & part time (off-season)
Salary: $22/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES 
Drive produce from farms across the state of NJ to food pantries, food banks, and distribution sites.
Strong communication skills with Partners at all levels and Farmers Against Hunger Team and Management.
Ability to work as a team in a small team environment.
Conduct pre-trip inspections on trucks to ensure they are fit to drive safe and legally.
Load and unload produce from trucks using a forklift.
Operate pallet jacks and lift gates to move produce off trucks.
General maintenance of the facility and grounds.
Reports to Logistics Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Must possess a clean and valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
Successfully fulfill the requirements for the DOT physical evaluation.
Experience driving 22 foot box trucks.
Have the ability to lift 50+ pounds.
